Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a retainer to reserve my session?

Yes, there is a 50% non-refundable retainer due upon signing the client agreement. This allows us to decline potential future clients wanting to book your time slot and devote our attention to you, ensuring that your session is everything you want it to be.

Retainers are honored for up to 6 months after the cancelled session.

What happens if it rains?

Occasional rain is part of Monterey’s beauty. If necessary we always try to move your session time to avoid the rain on your scheduled date. In the event we need to reschedule your shoot, retainers are honored for 6 months after the cancelled session.
